LEANNE JOHNSTON Leanne is a certified personal trainer, high school PE teacher, coach, and athlete. Growing up she was very active competing and coaching various sports. Leanne developed a passion for health and fitness early on, which lead her to complete a Bachelor of Human Kinetics and a Bachelor of Education at UBC. For the past 5 years, she has been teaching high school Science and PE classes in Squamish, BC. Leanne is BCRPA Weight Training and Personal Training certified, has current First Aid and CPR training, and athletic nutrition training. Over the past decade of working with various populations, Leanne observed that many people had a greater potential than they realized, which developed a passion in her for working with clients to teach them the tools they needed to take control of their health and fitness journey and be able to live life to the fullest PHILOSOPHY "Lack of activity destroys the good condition of every human being, while movement and methodical physical exercise save it and preserve it" - Plato Human beings were born with an amazing potential inside each person, but sometimes we forget that.
