CoachingPart of a healthy lifestyle includes participation in various physical activities. Sometimes a barrier to participation can simply be that you do not know how to do them.
Leanne is a certified snowboard and mountain bike instructor, and specializes with beginner and intermediate level athletes. Snowboarding Thrive offers one-on-one snowboard lessons, or group lessons up to 4 participants. Lessons are available for beginner, intermediate and advance level snowboarders. For those who are interested in getting into snowboard coaching, CSF certified snowboard coaching training programs are also available for groups of 4-8. Mountain Biking Thrive offers beginner and intermediate mountain biking lessons and clinics. Private or group sessions are available - all participants must provide their own bike. |
